How do real estate appraisers assign value to important energy efficient improvements? This session highlights how energy professionals play an integral role in identifying and quantifying home performance. Learn about the tools appraisers use, including the Appraisal Institute’s Green and Energy Efficient Addendum (May 2017). Attendees will leave with the resources to support builders and homebuyers through appraisal challenges that can increase borrowing power based on the value of high-performance improvements.
